Kennedy Amughan is the CEO/President of Zealous Legal Services and a certified Process Server with vast and extensive legal knowledge and skills as a Paralegal for over 20 years within the administration of Justice and in the Justice logistics delivery ecosystem in Arizona.
He is very purposeful, intentional, and strategic as a process server leader in the legal logistics industry — extremely zealous, dedicated, and passionate about meeting the needs of his customers within the legal profession and legal corporate firms. He believes in the mantra that Process Servers are the golden gateway and pathways to an equitable, just, and fair administration of Justice.
Over the years, he has built a sterling reputation as a goal-getter with meticulous attention to detail, operational efficiency, and excellence rooted in Zealous Legal Services' philosophy. Kennedy is also the founder of an international NGO community organization and believes deeply in giving back to society.

Grace Aliyah is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Zealous Legal Services and brings approximately 20 years of experience, skills, and knowledge as a financial accountant and auditor in both public and private organizations, while also serving as a marketing manager.
She provides Zealous Legal Services with financial strategic leadership, focus, and dedication — ensuring that customers and clients get value for their money. Grace is also involved in the day-to-day management of the company, and her expert computer knowledge and skills were instrumental in leading the company's acquisition of its technology systems.

Karen Wilberforce is the Managing Director of Zealous Legal Services and brings 15 years of expertise as a process server. She carries out the vital task of ensuring hand-delivery of documents such as subpoenas, complaints, summonses, and other court notices — ensuring recipients are properly notified in full adherence to legal requirements.
Her duties go far beyond document delivery. She ensures the preparation of Proof of Service through affidavits and notarized statements, guaranteeing transparency and fairness throughout the legal process. She leads the Continuous Process Servers' Legal Education (CPSLE) training and certification program, ensuring every process server upholds the highest ethical standards with integrity and full legal compliance.

Susanne F. Washington is the Senior Lead Process Server (SLPS) at Zealous Legal Services, bringing an enormous wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in the legal logistics delivery industry. She has worked with legal professionals, law firms, corporate legal firms, and process server technology software providers.
She is responsible for delivering high-priority legal documents, managing complex or evasive service targets, and providing training and qualification guidelines for new process servers. She oversees field associates while ensuring strict compliance with the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, manages affidavit review and notarization, and serves as the primary liaison for law firms and courts — utilizing mobile case-management apps and GPS tracking technology.
